What's it all about?

The Minot Adult Learning Center is a branch of Minot Public Schools located in Minot, North Dakota.  Our mission is  to provide adult learners the opportunity to develop communication and academic skills necessary to succeed in employment and post-secondary settings. We offer GED courses, as well as classes for English language learners.  We also offer academic review courses to help individuals prepare for university.  The best part of MALC besides great teachers and programs is that everything is FREE!  We are Minot's best kept secret.  Come discover us for yourself!  Click here to link to learn more about MALC's programs.

We currently offer GED preparation classes during the day,  We also are a Pearson Vue testing site for the GED.  Please go to our page for more information and registration instructions.

​EL: English as a Second Language​

US Citizenship Workshops

Join our classes offered a couple times a year in order to learn how to fill out your paperwork as well as pass the in person interview.
